Nourishing Broth of Life

Something about the change in temperature always seem to break our immune system down. Bone broth has become a staple in our household that it’s perfect for every season of the year. As I get older, I try to be more mindful in adding nutrient dense foods into my daily ritual.

I have a few versions of it but this one is my favorite. On lazy days, I'll buy an Organic rotisserie chicken from Wholefoods and make some mash and salad, I'll use the carcass to make bone broth, I'll add some extra raw chicken bones in as well. There is no rule to making broth, it's simply some bones, vegetables and water but, certain extra elements will make your bone broth even more nutritious.

(Rotisserie Bone Broth with Kombu, Ginger & Roots)

This isn’t just broth—it’s liquid gold for your body, skin, and soul.
Crafted with rich rotisserie chicken carcasses, collagen-rich chicken feet, healing roots, and the mineral magic of kombu seaweed, every sip delivers a deep, savory umami and a symphony of nutrition.

Why This Broth is Amazing:

  • Collagen + Gelatin Rich: Chicken feet and bones release natural collagen and gelatin, which support gut health, joint resilience, and glowing skin.

  • Mineral-Loaded: Kombu infuses the broth with iodine, potassium, calcium, and magnesium, promoting thyroid health and balanced hydration.

  • Healing Roots: Ginger, onion, and garlic provide natural anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting benefits.

  • Extra Boost with ACV: A splash of organic apple cider vinegar draws out minerals from the bones, maximizing nutrient density.

  • Customizable Soul Food: Lemongrass, kefir lime leaves, and goji berries add antioxidant and adaptogenic benefits, elevating the broth into a personalized tonic for vitality.
