Cancellation Policy

At Gleam Esthetika, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If notice is not provided, a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost will be applied. Exceptions will be made for emergencies, but we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment in that case.
